My prints are available on your choice of three eco-friendly fabrics:
✴ Linen
100% linen, available in both natural and ivory shades
Linen is the traditional gift for 4th or 12th Anniversaries.
✴Cotton
100% cotton, unbleached for a rustic and natural look.
Perfect as a traditional 2nd Anniversary gift!
✴ Burlap
This fabric has a rustic look and feel and may have irregularities which add to it’s charm. Burlap fabric is not recommended for 5"x7" prints with a lot of text or small designs, as the looser weave of this fabric can make the design difficult to see. Please reach out if you'd like help deciding if this fabric will work for your print.

Rush Orders

Please keep in mind that COVID-19 is causing delays in transit times, especially with international shipments. I cannot make guarantees about the timeframes of shipping services.
Fabrics
I use 100% jute burlap, linen and cotton fabric for my fine art prints. Please note that due to the rustic nature of these fabrics, slight imperfections and color variations can occur, especially when ordering pieces at different times. I appreciate your understanding that no two items will be exactly alike.
Design Proofs
Unless you are purchasing from the "Custom Designed Prints" page below, design proofs are not included since the print is designed in the same style as shown in the photos.

If adding a proof, please be sure to check your emails/messages so that you can review your design in a timely manner. If there is no response within a week of my sending the design proof, your print will be created and shipped as shown in the design proof.
Shipping Services
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via either UPS or USPS to the address entered at checkout. I'm unable to update shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
Standard Shipping:
USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post, this service is tracked through Etsy's interface, not USPS. The tracking number will not work on the USPS website. Instead, its status will be shown on Etsy with your order details but it will not be as detailed as USPS tracking scans. Insurance is not included.
Expedited & Express Services:
Shipped via USPS or UPS with detailed tracking information from the carrier. Insured up to $100 for loss or damage in transit. Please contact me before your item ships if you'd like to add additional insurance.
Lost or Damaged Package Info
I carefully package all items but sometimes packages are lost or damaged in transit. Orders shipped via Expedited or Express services include insurance up to $100 for loss or damage. Bella Grey Vintage is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Standard shipping service is not insured.
You MUST keep both the original packaging & your item, as carriers may ask to inspect as part of the claims process
USPS:
Buyers must submit the insurance claim. Insurance claims may be submitted online or via mail. I'm happy to help with the details you need to share, including a PDF of the receipt you can upload.
UPS:
I can submit the insurance claim on your behalf. I will need clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for the claim.
How do I send my song lyrics/personalization?
For prints that include personalization, enter your details into the "Personalization" box on the print's page or the "Notes" box at checkout.
There is a character limit in the personalization box on the print's page, so even though your lyrics/words are within my word count recommendations, they might not all fit. The notes box on the checkout page does not have a character limit, so you'll be able to enter your full lyrics, vows, or other details there.
If you have any problems, feel free to send them to me directly and I will attach them to your order once it's received.
I'm also happy to look up lyrics if you provide the song title and artist. However, I cannot guarantee their accuracy, so it's up to you whether to provide them.
The print I want is sold out!
No worries! As each item is made-to-order, designs aren't truly "sold-out." However, I do limit the quantities available each day so that I'm able to balance orders with family life and not feel overwhelmed. After all, I am a one-woman shop! Quantities will be refreshed once I'm back in my studio in the morning. :)
Shipping Address Changes
I’m unable to update shipping addresses after an order has been placed. However, if you order has not yet shipped, you may reorder with the correct address. Just make a note that you’re reordering for an address change and then I can cancel your original order. Please message me after placing your order with the order number you’d like cancelled.
